Air India flight aborts take-off from Goa's Dabolim airport due to bird strike at 6:45 am on Wednesday. The aircraft, carrying 116 passengers, was set to depart for Mumbai but had to be parked for further investigation after the incident led to smoke emanating from the engine. The Airports Authority of India plans to address the issue of birds on the runway with the Indian Navy, which operates the nearby INS Hansa base.
