Advent International acquires majority stake in global ERP software provider SYSPRO, aiming to accelerate growth and invest in next-gen product and technology innovation. The deal, expected to close in Q3, brings Advent's expertise in tech investing and the manufacturing & industrial space to support SYSPRO's long-term growth. Mike Ettling, an experienced software business leader, joins as Chairman of the Board.
