38-year-old Salvatore Lupi from Glasgow was sentenced to five years in prison for storing homemade guns and ammunition at his home for a friend, Graham Henderson. Lupi admitted to possessing nine homemade "zip" guns and two charges of having ammunition without a firearms certificate. Police found the weapons during a raid on Lupi's flat in October 2023, and although Lupi claimed he stored them for his friend's safety, he was later charged and convicted.
