18-year-old Colm Donnelly from Wexford, Ireland died from crush injuries after a jack slipped while working on his car at his family farm on Feb 14, 2023. Colm's organs were donated, saving the lives of four other patients. A fundraising tractor run raised €57,500, used to open a new library at Colm's former primary school. The cause of death was hypoxic brain injury due to a lack of oxygen from the crush injuries caused by the car falling on him.
