11-year-old boy in Belfast charged with rioting and throwing petrol bombs; faces multiple charges including riot, possession of petrol bombs, possessing an offensive weapon in public, and causing an explosion. Incident occurred in Broadway area of south Belfast on July 15th. Scheduled to appear in Belfast Youth Court on September 6th for review of all charges by Public Prosecution Service.
