36-year-old Benjamin Blundell charged with assault with a weapon following bear spray attack on 76-year-old senior in Sicamous, British Columbia. Blundell, with no fixed address, was arrested by Salmon Arm police officers and is scheduled for a court appearance in September after the joint investigation by Sicamous and Salmon Arm RCMP teams. The attack on the vulnerable senior has been described as "senseless" and "cowardly" by the police.
