2 Pueblo County deputies assaulted by inmate James Gilbert, causing serious injury to one.

2 deputies at Pueblo County Sheriff's Office Detention Facility were assaulted by inmate James Gilbert, 42, over the weekend. Gilbert, jailed for felony robbery and assault, seriously injured one deputy and caused minor facial injuries to the other. The investigation is ongoing.
