Nebraska Association of Public Employees appeals to Supreme Court for clarification on remote work bargaining.
The Nebraska Association of Public Employees (NAPE) is appealing to the Nebraska Supreme Court, seeking clarification on whether the state must negotiate terms and conditions of employment regarding remote work under the current collective bargaining agreement. The union is also challenging the Nebraska Commission of Industrial Relations' (CIR) decision to award the Attorney General's office legal fees, after the CIR dismissed NAPE's petition against Gov. Jim Pillen's executive order ending remote work for state employees.
