Milwaukee County has installed 8 new harm reduction vending machines, bringing the total to 19, aiming to combat the opioid crisis and overdose deaths. Located near bus routes and in areas with high overdose rates, the vending machines provide free harm reduction supplies, including naloxone, fentanyl test strips, and gun locks.
