Man Esaul Pena arrested after domestic disturbance involving a loaded gun, driving under influence, and evading arrest.
Esaul Pena faces multiple charges after a domestic disturbance at the 9000 block of Kesler Lane in Chattanooga. Pena allegedly threatened residents outside with a loaded 9mm Glock 43 pistol, leading deputies on a short pursuit. He was arrested after his vehicle was disabled with spike strips. In addition to Aggravated Assault (Domestic), Reckless Endangerment, and DUI, Pena is also charged with Possession of a Handgun while Under the Influence and Evading Arrest (Felony).
