Henkel AG reports a 1.85x increase in first-half net profit to €1.03bn, driven by both consumer brands and adhesive technologies divisions. Organic sales increased by 2.9%, despite a slight 1% dip in overall sales to €10.81bn. Henkel CEO Carsten Knobel remains confident in the remainder of 2024, with the firm expecting 20-30% adjusted EPS growth at constant exchange rates for the year.
