AD Ports Group, a leading global logistics firm, reported a 42% increase in Q2 net profit, reaching Dhs439m, with Q2 EBITDA growing 56% YoY to Dhs1.07bn. Q2 revenue more than doubled YoY to Dhs4.18bn, contributing to H1 revenue of Dhs8.06bn, a 108% YoY increase. Growth was driven by organic expansion and strategic acquisitions, such as Noatum and GFS. Net debt to EBITDA ratio remained stable at 3.6x, and credit ratings were affirmed at 'A+' and 'gcAAA' by S&P Global.
