5 youths arrested in Palmerston North for shoplifting $5000 from Farmers and Rebel Sport, to appear in Youth Court.

Five youths were arrested in Palmerston North for shoplifting, allegedly stealing $3000 from Farmers and $2000 from Rebel Sport. The suspects were caught after a member of the public reported their whereabouts. Stolen property worth approximately $5000 was recovered and returned to the stores. The suspects are scheduled to appear in Palmerston North Youth Court on Tuesday for charges related to the thefts.
