25-year-old Rodney Gaston from Oakland was fatally shot during a robbery attempt at a Norwalk, CA tobacco store. Gaston, armed with a handgun and pepper spray, entered the store with two other men, who also fled the scene. The store owner, who was pepper-sprayed, fired his own weapon, hitting Gaston. The two other suspects, Lamont Neal and Dashaunte Woods, were later apprehended by deputies.
