23-year-old Seattle Mariners star outfielder Julio Rodriguez, a two-time All-Star, was activated from the injured list after recovering from a high right ankle sprain. Rodriguez, who suffered the injury on July 21, is set to play as the designated hitter in a game against the New York Mets on Sunday. The team plans to keep him in the DH role until his ankle is ready for regular center field duty.
