75-year-old man dies after house fire on Lake Avenue in Cleveland; fire broke out at 3:30 a.m., with flames visible from the rear of the home. Cause of the fire still under investigation, no other injuries reported. First responders administered CPR to the victim, who was transported to a nearby hospital. Fire took 30 minutes to be brought under control.
