15-year-old girl killed in Goldsboro shooting: On Aug 10, a 15-year-old girl was fatally shot in Goldsboro, NC, at 3 a.m. in the 800 block of North Audubon Avenue. Goldsboro PD responded to a ShotSpotter alert and found the girl with a gunshot wound; she was pronounced dead on the scene. The police department is investigating and seeking information via Crime Stoppers.
