8-year-old child sustains life-changing injuries from a dog attack in Caernarfon, North Wales. The child was taken to Alder Hey hospital and a 44-year-old man arrested on suspicion of owning a dangerous out-of-control dog. The dog was humanely destroyed, and its breed is unknown. North Wales Police increased their presence in the area for reassurance and are appealing for information.
