311 1/2 Occidental Ave S's Pioneer Square building, owned by the Ott family, has been sold for $3.5m to Occidental Seattle LLC, who may repurpose the property for downtown units. The 95-year-old Joseph Vance Building, recently bought by Brickman and GreenOak, is also being considered for a similar residential conversion. Meanwhile, Smith Tower remains offices and retail under local investor group ownership.
