Lebara Group, a prominent MVNO (Mobile Virtual Network Operator) with 4.4 million customers across 5 markets, has been acquired by Waterland Private Equity. The deal, subject to regulatory approval, follows months of discussions between Waterland and existing owners Alchemy and Triton Partners. This acquisition is expected to fast-track Lebara's expansion and improve customer offerings.
