Boston Red Sox manager Alex Cora promoted top prospects Roman Anthony (No. 18), Marcelo Mayer (No. 10), and Kyle Teel (No. 31) to Triple-A Worcester, per Baseball America's Top 100 list. The players, all drafted within the last three years, will join Worcester for a six-game homestand against Lehigh Valley, starting Tuesday.
