6.4-acre Redditch site acquired by Chancerygate and Hines for £35m urban logistics development.

Chancerygate and Hines' joint venture acquires a 6.4-acre site in Redditch for a £35m urban logistics development. The project will consist of 11 leasehold units, 139,000 sq ft of Grade A space, and is strategically located near M42. The development aims to address the growing demand for modern logistics space in the area. Construction is planned to commence by end 2025, with completion in 2026.
