Oshkosh Police are investigating a homicide involving a 20-year-old man who was fatally stabbed during a disturbance at a business on High Avenue. A 22-year-old male from Oshkosh was arrested in connection with the incident, but another person of interest, 23-year-old Sybastian CL Crossman, remains at large. The police have requested the public's assistance in locating Crossman and are urging anyone with information about the incident to contact the Oshkosh Police Department.
