58-year-old Kansas man, Delwin D. Watkins, is under investigation for allegedly selling methamphetamine in Osage County. On August 8, law enforcement officers found him with an arrest warrant and discovered he was in possession of illegal narcotics. He was arrested, charged with Distribution of methamphetamine, and taken to the Osage County Jail Facility.
