23-year-old hiker injured by falling boulder near Utah's Pfeifferhorn Peak, treated with help from Search and Rescue and LifeFlight.

23-year-old hiker injured after a large boulder, about mini-fridge size, dislodged and struck her near Utah's Pfeifferhorn Peak in Little Cottonwood Canyon. She sustained abrasions and possibly a broken hand but managed to hike down the trail with help from Salt Lake County Search and Rescue. LifeFlight and the Department of Public Safety provided additional support, and the woman later sought medical attention independently.
