Washington Nationals activate right-handed pitcher Jordan Weems from 15-day injured list and recall shortstop Jose Tena from Triple-A Rochester. In response, third baseman Trey Lipscomb and right-handed pitcher Joan Adon are optioned to Rochester. Weems, who had shin splints, has a 6.59 ERA this season, while Lipscomb has a .207 batting average and Adon a 6.48 ERA.
