Union Minister for Heavy Industries and Steel, HD Kumaraswamy, participated in paddy sowing in Mandya district, expressing satisfaction with the year's good rains. He hopes to be assigned the Agriculture portfolio and praised Shivraj Singh Chouhan for his dedication to farming.
