21 and 20s men killed in motorcycle crash in Bronx, New York; 149 traffic deaths recorded in NYC so far this year, a four-year low for this time. Two men died after their motorcycle crashed into a tree in the Bronx on Sunday morning at 12:45 a.m., near the intersection of Commerce and Newbold Avenues. Both victims were pronounced dead at the scene. This is reminiscent of a similar crash in September 2015 at the same intersection. 44 people have been killed on two-wheeled vehicles this year, including 15 on motorcycles, 12 on mopeds, and 11 on e-bikes.
