Prince Edward County's Wellington water-sewer trunk construction project is progressing, with road work starting on July 22 for lane closure on Prince Edward Drive. The contractor is setting up a temporary water system to install a new watermain on Prince Edward Drive and Wellington Main Street. If completed by Aug. 16, lane closure will begin the following week, with traffic controlled by signal lights. One lane of traffic will maintain access to Wellington on the Lake.
