Nigeria's Edo Queens football club will compete in the 2024 WAFU-B Zone B qualifiers for the CAF Women's Champions League, facing AS Garde Nationale FC of Niger on August 11. The top team in each group qualifies for the next stage, with the goal of reaching the CAF Women's Champions League in Cairo, Egypt. Ghana Women's Premier League Champions, Hasaacas Ladies, will also participate in the 2024 CAF Women's Champions League WAFU Zone B qualifiers, grouped with Edo Queens, AS GNN, and Omnisports Etincelle. Hasaacas Ladies have secured replacements for injured and unavailable players, with Assistant Coach Emmanuel Mensah confident in their preparedness for the competition.
