3-month-old Jacob Moneus from Lafayette, Indiana was reported missing on August 10, prompting a statewide Silver Alert. Jacob, believed to be in extreme danger and potentially requiring medical assistance, was last seen wearing a blue shirt with a black bird on it and a diaper.
