Lagan Homes and White Lion Land Limited propose building 42 homes off Park Road, while Hollins Strategic Land seeks permission for 55 dwellings at Sherston Road. Both sites have faced flooding concerns, but developers have submitted flood management plans, claiming their sites are in a "low risk" flood zone. Consultations run until Aug. 14 and Aug. 29 before Wiltshire Council makes a decision.
