Former New Orleans prosecutor Joseph Zanetti, acquitted of domestic abuse charges, included felony counts of domestic abuse battery and domestic abuse aggravated assault. Orleans Parish Criminal District Judge Marcus DeLarge found him not guilty after a July trial. Zanetti's defense argued that the woman's story couldn't be believed. Zanetti, who resigned in 2022, continues to work in criminal defense.
