25-day suspended Baoji-Chengdu Railway resumes traffic in western China after heavy rainstorms caused around 70 geological disasters, including the collapse of the Anhe Bridge. China Railway Xi'an Bureau Group Co., Ltd. launched an emergency repair operation to fix the damage. The railway, operational since 1958 and China's first electrified line, serves both freight and passenger trains with a maximum speed of 80 km/h.
