Damaged lines and related infrastructure during emergency drainage work led to a $168,762 budget transfer and a one-month project extension from the initial two-week schedule. The project, which involved installing a new stormwater line and repairing the street and sidewalk, has already improved drainage and is expected to prevent future infrastructure issues. The former Mohasco Mills complex may have contributed to the sewer line deterioration.
