21-year-old Richard Nunez was arrested for a fatal hit-and-run crash on Dec 16, 2023, in El Paso, involving Perla Vasquez. Nunez, driving a Ford Mustang, swerved to avoid another vehicle and struck Vasquez and two others, causing her death.
