23-year-old Joshua Brian Shoden from Rochester, MN, faces child sex abuse charges for allegedly abusing a girl from age 5 to 17. The now 20-year-old victim reported the abuse and named Shoden as her assailant, who admitted to having sexual contact with her since her time in elementary school. Shoden faces three counts of second-degree criminal sexual conduct and one count of fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct, with a court summons for formal arrangement next month.
