42-year-old Chantelle Smith was arrested in Darlington for racially abusing a doctor who had offered her a cup of tea while she was sitting in the rain. Smith, who called the doctor a "P**i," pleaded guilty at Newton Aycliffe Magistrates' Court and will be back for sentencing on September 11.
