A woman was fatally struck by a car backing out of a driveway in Cranston, Rhode Island.
A woman was killed on Strathmore Road, Cranston, Rhode Island, when she was struck by a car backing out of a driveway. The driver, who did not see the woman walking behind her, fully cooperated with police. The victim, who later died from her injuries at the hospital, has not been identified. Neither speed nor impairment appear to have played a role in this tragic accident.
