9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals overturns Heraclio Osorio-Arellanes' conviction for killing U.S. Border Patrol agent Brian Terry, as his due process rights were violated. The case, which exposed the "Fast and Furious" gun operation, was sent back to U.S. District Court in Arizona for further proceedings.
