Indian craft brewer B9 Beverages, backed by Japan's Kirin Holdings, is building a $70 million beer factory in Uttar Pradesh to expand production and increase market share. The new facility, set to be India's largest, aims to raise B9 Beverages' market share from 8% to the early teens. The factory, expected to become operational in summer 2024, will have an initial capacity of 50 million cases and will lead a fundraising round for a planned public listing in 2026, with Morgan Stanley as lead investment bank.
