Former Clovis police officer Frank Careri surrendered to the Curry County Detention Center on August 9th, facing charges of drug trafficking, accessory to residential burglary, conspiracy, and harboring a felon. His arrest came after a Target 7 investigation into his alleged actions, including providing a woman with information and drugs in exchange for nude photos. Careri resigned from the Clovis police force and moved to Hawaii before surrendering.
