Argentinian media conglomerate Grupo Clarín reported a 37.5% decrease in total revenues to 128,491.1mn Pesos in H1 2024, compared to H1 2023. Lower revenues in digital & printed publications and broadcasting & programming segments led to the decline. Adjusted EBITDA (EBITDA margin) fell by 86.3%, and the company reported a loss of 10,138.8mn Pesos. Grupo Clarín, Latin America's largest paid digital subscribers base for newspapers, faces challenges from inflation (271.5% as of June 30, 2024) and evolving market conditions.
