8:43 a.m. fire at Lakewood Manor, 80 Lakewood Manor Drive caused damage to a storage shed and external damage to Lots 80 & 81. All occupants evacuated beforehand. Accidental fire was quickly extinguished by Effingham Fire Department with assistance from other agencies. Damage estimates at $25k for 80 and $5k for 81. No injuries reported.
