39-year-old Matthew Alan Craswell from Cornwall, Prince Edward Island is charged with child porn possession and distribution after police arrested him and executed a search warrant at his residence. The investigation began in June and the suspect's devices were seized. He is set to appear in court on August 19th. Craswell's case highlights ongoing concerns about child pornography on P.E.I., as the investigation was initially brought to the attention of the national child exploitation crimes centre in Ottawa before local RCMP were informed.
