28-year-old Grace Pauline Kelley, daughter of country music star Wynonna Judd, was arrested in Carroll County, Georgia for three misdemeanor charges: fleeing or attempting to elude an officer, driving with a suspended/revoked license, and using motorcycle equipment improperly. This marks her second arrest in three months and follows her previous legal troubles, including a 2016 arrest for methamphetamine possession and an April arrest for allegedly exposing herself on a highway in Alabama.
