Mississippi attorney, Daniel Sidney Dale, faces charges for allegedly smuggling contraband, including cell phones and cigar wraps, into a Hinds County jail by posing as a prisoners' legal counsel. Authorities discovered Dale with the contraband during a visitation, detained him, questioned him, and charged him with two counts of conspiracy and three counts of introducing contraband to a correctional facility. The Hinds County Sheriff's Office warns that further arrests may be made as they continue to investigate the case.
