Samsung recalls 1.12m stovetop ranges over fire risk; front-mounted knobs can be accidentally activated, posing a fire hazard if flammable objects are left on top. US Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) reports 250 fires, dozens of injuries linked to the appliances.
