Ondo State's Igbokoda Chief Magistrates Court sentenced Baale of Ebute Ipare Community, Francis Ogundeji, to three years in prison for violating a court order that prohibited him from selling land. Ogundeji and co-defendant Ikuejamoye Thomas were found guilty of contempt of court and face a three-year sentence or a N150,000 fine. Thomas was discharged and acquitted on counts one, two, and four.
