7,000 hectares of land owned by the South Kelantan Development Authority (Kesedar) is being divided into lots for transfer to 2,200 settlers, revealed Deputy Prime Minister and Rural and Regional Development Minister Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi. Kesedar, an agency under Zahid's ministry, is carrying out the land transfers in phases. He dismissed PAS' claim regarding the land issue.
